Thomas E. Mr. Mellon, for almost thirty years, has been in private practice in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He has represented plaintiffs throughout the United States in federal and state courts. Mr. Mellon’s practice focuses on the representation of individuals involved in personal injury actions and complex commercial litigation.  He has achieved successful awards and settlements for clients in both class actions and individual suits.  In 1994, Mr. Mellon became a leader in the fight against American tobacco companies; he continues to litigate against tobacco companies in the State of Florida.
