Boston Auto Accidents Lawyer – David R. Lucas

David Lucas is an attorney who specializes in litigation for probate, real estate and civil matters.  David also has experience in and election and campaign finance law.   David works alongside the Boston auto accident lawyers and divorce lawyers of  Nigro, Pettepit & Lucas, and he is a founding member of the firm.

Mr. Lucas obtained his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School after completing his undergraduate work at Syracuse University.  His bar admissions include the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts State Courts.  David is also active in the Melrose, MA community and is currently a candidate for the 32nd Middlesex District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

Heather Ledgerwood is an Associate at Jon R. Parsons Law Firm, who practices employment law, real estate law including wrongful evictions, corporate and LLC formations, civil litigation, wills and trusts, and special education law.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Japanese Studies, from the University of California, San Diego.  She also completed her certificate in Japanese Studies at Kansai Gaidai University in Hirakata City, Japan.

Ms. Ledgerwood worked as a social worker for six years in Seattle, Washington, working with people with developmental disabilities.  She also spent three years working as a foster care worker in Detroit, Michigan.

Ms. Ledgerwood then attended Golden Gate University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree.  She received honors in several subjects including litigation, criminal law, and public interest law.  Notably, Ms. Ledgerwood received the California State Bar Foundation‘s award for her commitment to public interest law two years in a row.

She is admitted to practice law in all state courts of California, and belongs to the civil practice and judicial review committees of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, a professional law association.  She is also a member of the American Bar Association.

Ms. Ledgerwood has three children and two cats, and enjoys playing string bass with the Palo Alto Baroque Ensemble.  Additionally, since 2004, she has been a den mother for the Duveneck Pack 50 Cub Scouts.
