Lawyer John S. Bingham has practiced law in Tennessee for more than 31 years. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist and a native of Kingsport. He was born in 1952 in Kinsport, Tennesse and his experience includes four years as an assistant district attorney in Sullivan County, TN. He focuses his practice on lawsuits involving car accidents in Kinsport and Johnson City, Tennessee.
He left the district attorney’s office to enter private practice in 1984. He has represented clients throughout all stages of personal injury cases in state and federal courts for over 25 years.
Additionally, he has lectured to the Tennessee Trial Lawyers regarding developments in wrongful death damages law.
John is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
