David Galyon, Jackson personal injury lawyer, is the managing partner of Richard Schwartz & Associates, P.A. He has litigated matters involving a broad array of substantive areas of practice, but with a special focus on personal injury litigation, before state and federal courts and various administrative agencies.
Mr. Galyon has lectured and taught continuing legal education classes on tort law and how to try soft issue injury cases. He is a faculty member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Galyon solves his clients’ problems and pays close attention to their individual needs. He believes in protecting the rights of individuals and concentrates his practice in personal injury and auto accidents. He is admitted to practice before all state and district courts in Mississippi as well as the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
