Experienced trial lawyer Benjamin H. Anderson is the founding member of Anderson Law Office, LLC, in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Anderson can be associated to several well-known cases including the Diet Pill (“Fen-Phen”) litigation, the Crown Victoria Fuel-Fed Fire litigation, the Vioxx litigation and the Educational Testing Systems (ETS) litigation.  In the course of his career he has held leadership positions in mass tort cases that have resolved for amounts as much as $1 billion.

Mr. Anderson has vast experience handling all forms of medical malpractice cases with emphasis on birth injury litigation, including Erb’s Palsy, Cerebral, Palsy, and brachial plexus injuries due to doctor negligence.  As an Ohio birth injury attorney, Mr. Anderson has won record settlements and has settled and tried to verdict numerous seven-figure medical malpractice cases.
