A practicing trial lawyer for more than 32 years, Washington DC medical malpractice attorney Brian Nash earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Catholic University in 1969 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Catholic University Law School in 1974, where he served as an Editor on the Law Review. Later, he served a Judicial Clerkship for the Honorable Herbert F. Murray, U.S. District Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland (1974-1975).

He is a seasoned trial lawyer, serving as lead trial counsel in more than 500 trials during his successful career. Mr. Nash is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and has handled approximately 5,000 depositions since 1974.

Mr. Nash has received his honored “AV” rating – it’s highest – by Martindale-Hubbell, which rates the top attorneys nationwide.

He is also a member of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers. In addition, he is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, The Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Baltimore County Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Defense Research Institute.

Mr. Nash has presented numerous seminars and presentations to different legal, risk management, insurance and hospital organizations over the past three decades, addressing a wide variety of health care topics affecting lawyers, hospital executives, physicians, other health care providers and insurance executives.
