Mitchell D. Benjamin was born and raised in New York City. He focuses primarily on the practice areas of commercial litigation and wage and hour laws in Atlanta. Mr. Benjamin is a 1993 cum laude graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1989, where he was a member of the National Political Science Honor Society. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1994 and in Georgia in 1996. Mr. Benjamin was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Employment Lawyers Association, Georgia chapter (NELA-GA) in 2004 and was elected as Treasurer for NELA-GA in both 2005 and 2006.
