Edward Zebersky a Fort Lauderdale Insurance Lawyer and Hollywood FL Insurance Attorney also a Florida Injury Attorney from a Florida Personal Injury Law Firm originally a New York native and founding partner Edward H. Zebersky received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and obtained his Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from the University of Miami in 1991.
Mr. Zebersky is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Mr. Zebersky is also an AV rated trial lawyer and has been selected as one of Florida’s Top Lawyers in Florida Elite in the area of Insurance Law and has been selected as a Florida Superlawyer in Class Actions and Mass Torts. He is an active member of the Florida Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Association of the Trial Lawyers of America. He has served as the President of the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Florida Justice Association. He also held the position of a chairman for the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Insurance Committee for five years and is a proud recipient of the Pro Bono Service Award, and was listed in Who’s Who in American law.
For the past ten years Mr. Zebersky has been an active lobbyist on behalf of Florida’s consumers in Tallahassee and has testified on behalf of consumers on most of the important insurance legislation that has been passed in the last decade. He has been recognized with many awards for his activities as an avid advocate against the insurance industry.
Mr. Zebersky’s areas of practice include class actions, insurance coverage disputes, torts, products liability, complex commercial litigation, and wrongful death.
