Seattle eminent domain lawyer, Beth E. Terrell, graduated from Gonzaga University magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in 1990 and obtained a Juris Doctorate from California School of Law in 1995. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1995. She is also admitted to practice in the State of Washington and before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. Ms Terrell is also a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the King County Bar Association.
Ms. Terrell concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, shareholder disputes, employment law, eminent domain, class actions, and multi-district litigation. She has successfully tried cases in state and federal court and also represents small and medium sized companies regarding employment issues.
Ms. Terrell has also represented numerous individual clients in personal injury and discrimination matters. She has been awarded an “AV” rating in Martindale Hubbell by her peers.
