Orin Eddy Montgomery has been in private practice since he served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Pulaski County (until 1985).  He has served as special judge for Circuit Courts and District Courts in Pulaski County and has been a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) speaker at National Business Institute (NBI) seminars. Some of his achievement include the BV® Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™.  Some of his practice areas include family laws, probating, and litigation.  His firm, Montgomery, Adams & Wyatt are known for helping clients with Arkansas criminal defense, and although not death penalty qualified, his colleagues Dale Adams and Jim Wyatt are.
